Management Trainee

We are a well-established land surveying and consultancy services company, catering to individual clients, corporate entities, and government organizations.

As part of our ongoing business expansion, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. This role will support our core services team while also handling key administrative functions of the company.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Preparing and submitting tenders
  • Collaborating with the senior management team in the preparation of quotations
  • Managing emails and correspondence
  • Coordinating with the Finance and Invoicing teams to maintain the work order system
  • Client Communication
  • General administrative support

Qualifications:

  • A tertiary qualification, preferably a bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing or Administration.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Competency in computer usage, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel.
