Salon Manager (female)

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Increase client footfall to the salons
- Maximize client retention through excellent service
- Implement effective market strategies
- Conduct staff training sessions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial role or Senior Position.
- Candidates who have exposure to the hospitality industry are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong educational background with higher professional qualifications
- IT literacy
- Excellent command of English (mandatory); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Creative, self-motivated, proactive, passionate, and enthusiastic with exceptional customer care skills
