Join The Leone Cafe and Restaurant! We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Executive to manage our human resources operations and support our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Manage payroll, attendance, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and implement HR policies to improve workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Female/Male Candidate aged between 30-45 years.
