Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive goods and verify delivery against purchase orders (POs).
- Maintain accurate records of goods in and out of the stores.
- Accept POs from outlets and coordinate dispatches.
- Issue products accurately and hand over to logistics for delivery.
- Enter invoices and product movements into the invoicing system/software.
- Send accurate invoice and stock reports to the Head Office regularly.
- Monitor and report stock inventory levels and discrepancies.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar storekeeping or inventory role (preferably in a food production, FMCG, or kitchen environment).
- Working knowledge of store management, inventory control, and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience using invoicing or inventory management software.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Age below 45 years.
