Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive goods and verify delivery against purchase orders (POs).
  • Maintain accurate records of goods in and out of the stores.
  • Accept POs from outlets and coordinate dispatches.
  • Issue products accurately and hand over to logistics for delivery.
  • Enter invoices and product movements into the invoicing system/software.
  • Send accurate invoice and stock reports to the Head Office regularly.
  • Monitor and report stock inventory levels and discrepancies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar storekeeping or inventory role (preferably in a food production, FMCG, or kitchen environment).
  • Working knowledge of store management, inventory control, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience using invoicing or inventory management software.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Age below 45 years.
