JUNIOR MANAGER: PUBLIC RELATIONS AND MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execution of marketing plans and public relations strategies set out by management, to reach target audience and increase brand presence.
  • Implementing restaurant-based promotions and public relations campaigns for restaurants within the group.
  • Assisting to organize local events, such as press conferences, community events and social gatherings with the support of the in-house team.
  • Assisting with the coordination and organization of international pop-up teams.
  • Creating ATL and BTL promotional material, social media material, organizational manuals and informational brochures with the assistance of the graphic design team.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and materials.
  • Create and execute content plans for social media for various brands within the group.
  • Researching, writing and distributing press releases and preparing information for media purposes, as well as liaising with and responding to queries from media, individuals and other organizations.
  • Hosting VIP guests, media, influencers and key opinion leaders at the respective restaurants.
  • Coordination of photoshoots and video shoots for various restaurants within the group.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in public relations, journalism, communications, or marketing.
  • Minimum three years of work experience in a related field (experience in hospitality/ F&B will be an added advantage).
  • Solid experience with social media including blogs, Twitter, Facebook etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write creatively.
  • Have a full understanding of media needs and media relationships.
  • Be proactive, responsible and accurate with attention to detail.
