Sales Supervisor
Candidate Profile:
- Supervise and guide sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Ensure effective market coverage and product visibility
- Monitor daily sales performance and provide regular reports
- Coordinate with the Area Sales Manager and support sales strategies
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers and dealers
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar role at a reputed company
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing or a related field is an added advantage
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team
- Good communication, planning, and analytical skills
- Passionate about achieving sales targets and growing the business
