About the Role – System Analyst - Care Management

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. This role requires strong data analysis experience and excellent English communication skills. You will be responsible for assessing the performance of our care management system, identifying gaps and errors in user inputs, and evaluating the effectiveness of alerts and warnings. You will work closely with the senior management team to ensure the system operates at the highest standards, driving efficiency and accuracy in healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Insight Report Generation: Create detailed, insightful reports for senior management that summarize findings related to system performance, user inputs, and potential operational challenges.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with various teams, including IT and care management, to understand the system’s functionality, identify areas needing improvement, and assist in implementing changes.
  • Develop Recommendations: Based on your analysis, provide actionable recommendations to enhance system performance, user interaction, and the overall effectiveness of care management processes.
  • Accuracy Assurance: Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when identifying system gaps, errors, and inconsistencies.
  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Utilize data analytic tools and techniques to interpret trends and patterns in the system data. Although proficiency in specialized software is a plus, expertise in Microsoft Excel is essential for data analysis and reporting.

Key Requirements:

  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as Data Analysis, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or Business Administration).
  • Analytical Thinking & Skills: Strong ability to think critically, analyze complex data, and identify patterns, issues, and areas for improvement within the care management system.
  • Proven Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Experience in identifying and resolving system errors or inefficiencies is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to generate clear, concise, and professional reports for senior management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools to analyse and present data.
  • Data Analysis Software (Advantageous): Familiarity with data analytics software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is advantageous but not required.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail is critical to ensure accuracy when identifying and addressing system gaps and errors.
