OFFICE EXECUTIVE

Join our dynamic team! We are a company specializing in designing, importing, installing, and maintaining commercial kitchen and laundry equipment for hotels and restaurants.

Role:

Assist in preparing accurate quotations, handle customer inquiries, and ensure smooth office operations.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for documentation and data management.
  • Typing skills in English for clear communication and accurate record-keeping.
  • Communication & Interpersonal skills to handle customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Attention to detail & Accuracy when preparing quotations and maintaining records.
  • Organizational skills to keep the office running efficiently.
  • Eagerness to learn about technical products and sales processes.
  • Team player mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.

Qualifications:

  • G.C.E A/L qualified
  • 1-2 years of customer service/admin experience is a plus.
