Dimension of the role
- Master Data Creating/ Amendments in the system.
- Processing necessary monthly reports in a timely manner.
- Creating New Suppliers, New Products in the system & Inform the relevant departments.
- Data maintenance, including Product code activation, Product code de-activation, Product data updates & Supplier Data update for Fresh & Dry Goods.
- Activating Promotions in the system after re-checking Prices, Discount prices in system against leaflets issued by Marketing Dept.
- Re-check & forward the Promotion Claim Report (prepared by Procurement Executive) to the Manager on time.
- Submitting Price Reduction Debit Note details to finance department-Monthly.
- Participating in New Product Committee & maintaining proper & accurate records of Committee Meeting minutes.
- Updating All stores on Code Activation & Deactivation status- on a weekly manner.
- Preparation of Reports -6 months Sales Report/ Monthly Sales Report for Insight upload/ Monthly New Listing Data for Claims.
Minimum requirements
- G.C.E A/L
- Diploma in business management is an added advantage.
- Good IT knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PPT).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar job role in Retail environment.
- Working knowledge in both oral and written to compliment the effectiveness of the job role.
- Consistency and accuracy and be proactive for timely actions, initiatives to prevent disruptions to the workflow of the operation – HO and the Outlets.
- Ability to reach out to all stakeholders involved in the Business.
- Ability to work through numerous and varied decisions taken under pressure.
