Invoicing Officer (Male / Female)
Global Express and Logistics Lanka Pvt Ltd. (GEX Logistics- Sri Lanka) which is the leading Sri Lanka-based freight forwarder operating in east Africa has been expanding its operations into Africa's emerging markets with new startups and connecting global trade to said markets with its financial and logistics hub operation out of Sri Lanka. The company has achieved significant growth in revenue and profits between the trade lanes of the Indian Subcontinent and East Africa. The management team is comprised of industry specialists who are multinational and responsible for leading teams in respective markets. The company is looking to hire highly motivated individuals from freight forwarding/logistics and shipping lines in order to cater to support in footprint expansions in Africa and Sri Lanka.

Ideal candidate
- Should possess A/L in Commerce or Maths stream
- Part or qualified in AAT / ACCA / CMA
- Bachelor degree would be added advantage
- Age between 24-35 years.
- Female/Male with audit field experience.
Responsibilities
- Invoicing Of Services (Freight Forwarding, Courier, Clearance/Transport)
- Verifying Costs/Vendor Invoices/Supporting Documents
- Meeting invoicing KPIS
- Reporting to Senior Accountant on weekly/daily KPIs.
