GROUP HEAD OF EVENTS
WHAT YOU WILL BE OVERLOOKING
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive annual event calendar for all W15 properties, aligning events with business goals and market trends
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control
- Identify, target, and secure sponsorship opportunities to generate additional event revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, corporate partners, and key stakeholders.
- Lead and manage the Events & Experiences team across multiple properties
- Oversee all operational elements of events, including Venue setup and breakdown, Audio-visual equipment coordination, F&B and guest requests, Onsite vendor coordination.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase corporate event bookings
- Ensure all events reflect W15’s brand identity and luxury positioning by working with the Marketing team
- Prepare detailed post-event reports, analyzing performance against KPIs
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 5 years of senior-level experience in hospitality or event management
- Proven track record in managing large-scale, high-end events
- Strong network of entertainers, including but not limited to bands, DJs, and performers.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Financial acumen – experience with budget management and revenue forecasting
- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to work under pressure
- Understanding of luxury market dynamics and guest expectations
