GROUP HEAD OF EVENTS

WHAT YOU WILL BE OVERLOOKING

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive annual event calendar for all W15 properties, aligning events with business goals and market trends
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control
  • Identify, target, and secure sponsorship opportunities to generate additional event revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, corporate partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage the Events & Experiences team across multiple properties
  • Oversee all operational elements of events, including Venue setup and breakdown, Audio-visual equipment coordination, F&B and guest requests, Onsite vendor coordination.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase corporate event bookings
  • Ensure all events reflect W15’s brand identity and luxury positioning by working with the Marketing team
  • Prepare detailed post-event reports, analyzing performance against KPIs

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 5 years of senior-level experience in hospitality or event management
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale, high-end events
  • Strong network of entertainers, including but not limited to bands, DJs, and performers.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Financial acumen – experience with budget management and revenue forecasting
  • Strong negotiation and contract management abilities
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to work under pressure
  • Understanding of luxury market dynamics and guest expectations
