GENERAL MANAGER OR RESIDENT MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management
  • At least 5 years experience in a 3 to 5 star Hotel as a manager
  • Hands on experience MS office, MS excel, Power point etc.
  • Being tri-lingual will be an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversees daily activities on the hotel property including front desk operations, reservations, concierge, food & beverages and customers service
  • Support and work with all the Head of the Departments in all aspects of the Hotel, for smooth and efficient operations.
  • Conduct operations team meeting to discuss operational matters, target, guest feedback and service recovery.
  • Monitor purchases and requisitions of all the departments and allied receivables and payables.
  • Inspecting all the departments for SOP implementation, to meet standards.
  • Assessing and reviewing customers satisfaction and service recovery process.
  • Regular meeting with the departments heads to review & train the staff, business matters and target, identifying staff learn in needs and assisting with Development, providing timely and constructive feedback.
  • Cost management with profit maximizations, after hour shifts in form of Duty Manager on call 24 hours, and able to solve problems & handle emergencies in effective manner.
  • Periodic Main Stores, Kitchen and Inventory / Cutlery checks.
  • Any other duties assigned time to time by the managements.
