JOIN THE ROCK STAR BAND
Hard Rock Hotel Maldives is on the lookout for an Assistant Roxity & VIBE Manager to take the lead in orchestrating magical, music-infused experiences for our little roxtars at Roxity Kids’ Club® and Teen Spirit®, while supporting the VIBE Manager in keeping the vibe high across the entire resort.
ASSISTANT ROXITY & VIBE MANAGER
YOUR ROLE IN THE BAND:
- Amplify energy at Roxity Kids' Club® and Teen Spirit® by creating daily adventures, musical mayhem, themed parties and unforgettable moments for the little roxtars.
- Support the Vibe Manager in orchestrating a vibrant lineup of music-driven experiences, high-energy recreation and next-level entertainment across the resort.
- Lead Roxity Kids' Club® and Teen Spirit® with playful programming, daily adventures and creative activities that keep little roxtars laughing, learning and jamming.
- Assist in planning and delivering Hard Rock’s signature events, brand activations and spontaneous surprises that keep the resort buzzing.
- Train and inspire the Roxity Crew to deliver amplified service that is fun, safe, funky and always rocking.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a resort/hotel
- Relevant technical qualifications
- Experience in early childhood education, recreation or entertainment
- Proven leadership in kids’ clubs or activity-based environments
- A creative force in planning and executing recreation activities, in particular for little roxtars
- Proficiency in English communication to keep the conversation flowing with our international rock stars (a.k.a. guests)
- Physically fit & full of energy, with an adventurous and outgoing personality
- A team player with a can-do attitude that keeps the resort’s energy vibe high
- Previous Maldives experience, even better
