EXECUTIVE – QUALITY MANAGEMENT

We are looking for a skilled Quality Management Executive to lead the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards primarily ISO 9001:2015. The role involves conducting internal audits, managing QMS documentation, and supporting continual improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and maintain ISO standards within the organization.
  • Liaise with third-party certification bodies and internal teams.
  • Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Train staff in quality procedures and ISO compliance.
  • Ensure document control and management system documentation are updated.
  • Monitor performance indicators and report on QMS effectiveness.
  • Conduct the internal instruments calibration process.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in quality management, science, engineering, or a related field.
  • ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certification will be an added advantage.
  • Strong grasp of Quality Assurance (QA) principles and methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO standards (especially ISO 9001).
  • Strong skills in communication, documentation, problem-solving, and process improvement.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ISO implementation and internal audits.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and QMS/ERP systems.
