Join Our Team – Draftsman / 3D Visualizer
Designplus Associates (Pvt) Ltd, a leading architectural design firm in Sri Lanka, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman / 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate architectural drawings and technical documentation
- Develop high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings using Lumion
- Handle the full 3D visualization process from modeling to post-production
- Collaborate with the design team and manage multiple projects independently
- Ensure precision and attention to detail in all design outputs
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural drafting and 3D visualization
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Lumion
- Strong understanding of architectural concepts and construction detailing
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple deadlines efficiently
