DESIGNATION: COORDINATOR - SALES FORCE AUTOMATION

COMPANY NAME: CEYLON BISCUITS LIMITED

LOCATION: PANNIPITIYA

ROLE PROFILE

  • Support and maintain Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools and processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage daily data entry related to customer information, sales orders, and inventory.
  • Provide first-line technical and user support to the sales team on SFA software usage.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely updates of customer and product information with field teams.
  • Collaborate with IT for troubleshooting and device management tasks.
  • Assist in training sales staff on SFA tools and processes.
  • Support business intelligence reporting and device programming/inventory management.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Diploma or Degree in IT or Software Management with basic office package certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proficient in SFA/Customer Relationship Management tools such as Salesforce or Zoho CRM.
  • Strong communication skills in Sinhala and English; Tamil language skills are an advantage.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and IT hardware knowledge.
