DESIGNATION: COORDINATOR - SALES FORCE AUTOMATION
COMPANY NAME: CEYLON BISCUITS LIMITED
LOCATION: PANNIPITIYA
ROLE PROFILE
- Support and maintain Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools and processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage daily data entry related to customer information, sales orders, and inventory.
- Provide first-line technical and user support to the sales team on SFA software usage.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates of customer and product information with field teams.
- Collaborate with IT for troubleshooting and device management tasks.
- Assist in training sales staff on SFA tools and processes.
- Support business intelligence reporting and device programming/inventory management.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Diploma or Degree in IT or Software Management with basic office package certification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proficient in SFA/Customer Relationship Management tools such as Salesforce or Zoho CRM.
- Strong communication skills in Sinhala and English; Tamil language skills are an advantage.
- Demonstrated project management skills and IT hardware knowledge.
