Job Description

SERVICE COORDINATOR - CONTRACT

  • Lead and support the care team, including training, mentoring, and recruitment.
  • Maintain accurate, person-centred care plans and documentation on Nourish.
  • Run weekly resident meetings and action individual requests (e.g. food orders).
  • Ensure compliance through daily/weekly audits and data tracking.
  • Oversee safety protocols including PEEPs and monthly fire audits.
  • Collaborate with PBS and external teams to support referrals and site activities.
  • Lead MDT meetings and ensure all records are captured and uploaded.

LOCATION

Remote WFH + Occasional Meets at our Colombo 5 office – Sri Lanka

WORK ENVIRONMENT

12.30PM to 9.30PM 45hrs/week
03 Month Contract

WORK EXPERIENCE (MANDATORY)

Minimum 2-3 years experience

ACADEMIC (OPTIONAL)

NVQ level 3 in Health and Social care (desirable)
