Job Description
SERVICE COORDINATOR - CONTRACT
- Lead and support the care team, including training, mentoring, and recruitment.
- Maintain accurate, person-centred care plans and documentation on Nourish.
- Run weekly resident meetings and action individual requests (e.g. food orders).
- Ensure compliance through daily/weekly audits and data tracking.
- Oversee safety protocols including PEEPs and monthly fire audits.
- Collaborate with PBS and external teams to support referrals and site activities.
- Lead MDT meetings and ensure all records are captured and uploaded.
LOCATION
Remote WFH + Occasional Meets at our Colombo 5 office – Sri Lanka
WORK ENVIRONMENT
12.30PM to 9.30PM 45hrs/week

WORK EXPERIENCE (MANDATORY)
Minimum 2-3 years experience
ACADEMIC (OPTIONAL)
NVQ level 3 in Health and Social care (desirable)
