HUMAN RESOURCES
The Senior Executive - Human Resources will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing company. This position requires a dynamic and organized individual with excellent people skills who can manage both human resources and administrative functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This multifaceted position involves attending to talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
PRE REQUISITES
- Male, Below 35 years of age
- 5 years of manufacturing industry exposure including 2 years as a HR Executive
- A degree equivalent qualification in HR or Business Management
- Knowledge of modern HR and business management principles
- Conversant with occupational health and safety practices
- Familiar with Performance Management and Training/Development initiatives
- Aware of domestic inquiry procedure
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 QMS compliance
- Computer literacy with proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication, team building, decision-making and people management skills
- Ability to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds
