RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing daily production activities.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Support in identifying and troubleshooting process-related issues on the shop floor.
- Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, etc.).
- Collect and analyze production data to support reporting and decision-making.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain proper documentation and prepare process reports under supervision.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Manufacturing, or an equivalent qualification.
- Power BI and Data Analysis skills.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Good presentation skills.
