REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written)
- Energetic, outgoing, and guest-focused personality
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Able to work flexible hours and under pressure
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Committed to delivering outstanding guest service in a dynamic environment
