FRONT-DESK OFFICER

(SHARED SERVICE CENTRE)

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented individual to join our diverse team as a Front Desk Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for visitors and serve them with basic information of services.
  • Screen and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain visitor logs as per company practices.
  • Manage front desk operations including handling day to day mail and courier services.
  • Support administrative activities assigned by the management, as necessary.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3 passes in G.C.E. A/L’s and following a diploma in Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years in a similar role; school leavers are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
