DAON Engineer - Identity & Biometric Solutions
Location: Australia or Remote
Employment: Full-time
We’re hiring a skilled DAON Engineer with deep experience in the DAON IdentityX and TrustX platforms. This role is ideal for someone self-driven, technically strong, and capable of working independently on secure, scalable identity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement biometric identity verification using DAON IdentityX & TrustX
- Integrate DAON services into web and mobile platforms
- Manage end-to-end user onboarding and identity lifecycle
- Troubleshoot issues related to DAON SDKs, APIs, and configuration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on identity architecture
- Maintain clear documentation and share technical knowledge
- Ensure solutions comply with GDPR, ISO 27001, and privacy standards
- Own and deliver projects with minimal supervision
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years working with DAON IdentityX and TrustX
- Strong understanding of facial, voice, and fingerprint biometrics
- Hands-on with DAON TrustX configuration and deployment
- Proficient in Python
- Proven independent problem-solving and project ownership
- Background in financial services, healthcare, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
