Coordinator - Home Nursing
Are you a confident, organized, and caring individual with a passion for healthcare coordination? We’re looking for a dedicated Home Nursing Coordinator to lead and manage our growing home nursing care services!
Role Overview:
- Oversee daily operations of the Home Nursing Department with the guidance of the Assistant Directress - Nursing and Managers - Home Nursing
- Assign home nurses to patients based on care needs
- Supervise and support home nurses
- Ensure safety, care quality, and compliance during home visits
- Liaise professionally with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Maintain patient records and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Candidate Profile:
- Female candidates only, aged 25 to 40 years
- Previous experience in nursing, home nursing or nursing administration would be an added advantage
- Strong leadership, planning and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Familiar with healthcare scheduling and documentation software
Working Conditions:
- Based at our Colombo office, with occasional home visits
- Flexibility required for irregular hours or on-call duties
