Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs.
- Provide product demonstrations and explanations to customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and updating records.
- Coordinate and oversee outgoing deliveries of hardware products.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the hardware industry.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
