We are currently looking to recruit highly motivated and result-oriented candidates for the following positions.
Senior Academic Coordinator
REQUIREMENT
- Achieve student enrollment targets by driving registrations and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
- Oversee promotional campaigns, including marketing materials, social media updates, and remarketing initiatives to attract and retain students.
- Manage student fee collections, ensuring timely installment payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Lead and mentor a dynamic team, setting a strong example through professionalism, energy, and commitment.
- Coordinate with instructors to ensure high-quality training delivery and curriculum relevance.
- Monitor student progress, provide academic support, and uphold institutional standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional qualification in education, business administration, real estate, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in academic coordination, sales, or team management is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with a young, energetic team and drive performance.
- Fresh graduates with relevant skills and enthusiasm are also welcome to apply.
