- Candidates prefer to Graduate with a Logistics and supply chain degree.
- Minimum 1 Year experience in supply chain and Logistics.
- Solid communication skills, both written and oral (Sinhala and English).
- The ability to follow up contacts and procurement processes.
- The ability to negotiate with relevant parties.
- A good technical understanding of requirements.
- The ability to understand financial statements and good cost accounting skills.
- Professional business ethics.
- A good understanding of the legal issues involved in managing contracts.
- The ability to think on one's feet.
- Good problem solving skills.
