We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Technician to drive the sales of our premium bathware products to the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities with hotels and resorts, building strong relationships with procurement teams, and ensuring consistent sales growth through effective sales techniques and market analysis.
SALES EXECUTIVE | BATHWARE
WHAT YOU WILL BE OVERLOOKING
- Visit hotels, resorts, and other hospitality establishments to promote and sell bathware items.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hotel procurement officers and decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, explain technical specifications, and assist clients in selecting suitable products.
- Prepare and present quotations and follow up on sales leads to close deals.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
- Conduct sales performance analysis and prepare regular reports for management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and brand visibility.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in sanitaryware, bathware, or hotel supplies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications of bathware products.
- Proficiency in sales analysis and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
