Novateq Engineering Solutions is a dynamic and growing company specializing in water treatment, industrial chemicals, and sustainable engineering solutions. With a strong focus on innovation and service excellence, we cater to clients across industries including hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, and export.
We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, with strong digital fluency and a passion for building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Identify and engage with potential B2B clients across target industries
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives
- Track, analyze, and report on sales and marketing performance metrics
- Assist with content creation and campaign execution using tools like ChatGPT and Gemini
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales and/or marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, ChatGPT, and Gemini
- Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Must own a bike or car for client visits
