Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated through market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, marketing innovations and competitive positioning, including competitor strategies relevant to PRIMA and our offerings.
  • Collaborate with product, sales and cross-functional teams to develop the content calendar and execute digital marketing campaigns targeted at B2B and B2C market segments.
  • Ensure brand consistency by managing brand guidelines to optimize marketing strategies for better engagement and campaign success.
  • Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, paid advertisements and company websites to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Monitor, track, analyze and report on digital marketing KPIs, manage the marketing budget efficiently, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Develop and execute traditional marketing campaigns, including print ads and billboards and manage event sponsorships.
  • Coordinate brand awareness activities such as PR campaigns, trade shows, networking events, influencer collaborations and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and manage loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor customer feedback and online presence, responding to inquiries and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with prior exposure in food manufacturing or experience in managing a diverse portfolio.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot or Mailchimp.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
