Position: Export Documentation Assistant cum Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare export documents (Invoices, Packing lists, B.Ls., etc.) and coordinate with shipping Lines, banks, Other Institutions
  • Maintain export and financial records; assist with basic accounting (Invoices, Payment Tracking)
  • Manage daily office operations, calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Support inventory, procurement, filing, and scheduling
  • Track staff attendance, leave records, and assist with HR admin tasks
  • Ensure smooth office functioning and coordinate with vendors and maintenance staff
  • Follow up on internal tasks and support the team as needed

Requirements:

  • A/L qualification minimum; diploma/degree in Business, Accounting, or similar is a plus
  • 2+ years’ experience in export documentation or office administration
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Accounting background and residence near Wattala are added advantages
