Position: Export Documentation Assistant cum Office Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare export documents (Invoices, Packing lists, B.Ls., etc.) and coordinate with shipping Lines, banks, Other Institutions
- Maintain export and financial records; assist with basic accounting (Invoices, Payment Tracking)
- Manage daily office operations, calls, emails, and correspondence
- Support inventory, procurement, filing, and scheduling
- Track staff attendance, leave records, and assist with HR admin tasks
- Ensure smooth office functioning and coordinate with vendors and maintenance staff
- Follow up on internal tasks and support the team as needed
Requirements:
- A/L qualification minimum; diploma/degree in Business, Accounting, or similar is a plus
- 2+ years’ experience in export documentation or office administration
- Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Accounting background and residence near Wattala are added advantages
