MARKETING MANAGER
Mosvold Boutique Hotels is a luxury collection of distinctive properties located along Sri Lanka’s southern coastline. We are committed to delivering personalized guest experiences through authentic hospitality, aesthetic design, and exceptional service. We are now seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, and social platforms.
- Oversee brand positioning, storytelling, and visual identity in line with company standards.
- Manage social media campaigns, SEO/SEM efforts, and content creation to increase brand awareness and direct bookings.
- Coordinate PR initiatives, media collaborations, influencer engagement, and partnerships.
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, promotions, and events to support occupancy targets.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics (ROI, traffic, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with operations, reservations, and e-commerce teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
- Supervise and guide the in-house or outsourced creative and digital teams.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in the hospitality industry (boutique or luxury hotel experience mandatory).
- Proven track record in digital marketing & campaign execution.
- Strong knowledge of hotel market dynamics, customer behavior, and tourism trends in Sri Lanka.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidate within the age of 30 – 40 years.
