Executive – Commodity Export
Union Commodities (Pvt) Ltd, a leading exporter based in Kelaniya, is seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to our export operations and grow within a reputed organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day production operations related to exports.
- Engage in effective negotiations with suppliers.
- Accurately input data into the ERP system.
- Generate relevant reports and maintain comprehensive export records.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of one year’s experience in an export-oriented organization, preferably promoting Sri Lankan products in international markets.
- Proficiency in handling email correspondence with international buyers and suppliers.
- Practical experience in ERP systems.
- Strong documentation skills with attention to export records and sales reporting.
Personal Profile:
- Passed G.C.E. A/Ls; a Diploma in Logistics Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role, with prior exposure to commodity exports considered a strong asset.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is essential.
- Willingness to work extended hours when required.
- Proficient in English and Microsoft Office applications.
