Assistant Manager - Planning

The Assistant Manager — Planning (PCU) is responsible for keeping track of plant production, collecting information on progress of various activities from the raw material input to finished goods output stage. The role-holder is responsible for execution of the Factory Plan, carrying out regular follow up on trial and production process, and keeping the front-end team informed of the status of the order. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for understanding the Factory Plan in detail and setting the systems/dashboards to track progress
  • Support the plant operations teams to achieve PCD/ PSD by collaborating and following up with internal stakeholders
  • Guide Planning Coordinators and data entry operators and be responsible for their performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Clothing Technology/ Mathematics or any other related Field
  • 4-6+ years of experience in same function in manufacturing entity
  • Team collaboration and Time Management skills are required
  • Data Analytical Skill is required
  • Good Knowledge in Microsoft Excel is essential.
