STORE KEEPER
LOCATION: PRONTO HEAD OFFICE, NARAHENPITA
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain the inventory control system on Sage daily.
- Enter requisition for re-order items.
- Enter GRN.
- Check all daily branch requisitions and enter them into the sage daily.
- Do all required adjustments entries on sage.
- Monitor & check each branch's inventory requisitions with historical requisitions & reduce all unnecessary inventory issues to branches.
- Manage and maintain required inventory levels without shortage and excess situations and make all re-order requirements on time.
- Do required physical verifications of Stock.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- G.C.E. A/L or equivalent.
- Additional qualifications in Inventory Management or Supply Chain are an advantage.
- Proficiency in inventory systems like Sage.
- Strong computer knowledge, including MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.
- 1-2 years in inventory or stock management.
- Good communication and time management skills.
