Trainee IT Assistant
Having been in operation for over 30 years with diverse business interests ranging from Events, Branding, and Outdoor visibility, we are a fully integrated company backed by state-of-the-art equipment and a workshop.
To meet the demand of our rapid expansion, we invite applications from suitable persons for the above position.
Job Requirement
- Oversee the Company CCTV System, manage social media accounts, and update the corporate website.
- Provide back-end IT support during events/conferences. Including Networking computers, printers, and MFDs, Handling Event Playback Operations.
- Prepare and deliver multimedia presentations for client meetings and events.
- Maintain a digital archive of past event materials, including presentations, images, and videos.
- Live Streaming & Zoom Management.
- Manage and troubleshoot Apple and Windows-based systems and related peripherals.
The Ideal Candidate should be
- Preferably below 30 years of age.
- With a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong Knowledge in DNS, DHCP & Firewall management (preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite & Computer Networks.
- Fluent in English with strong communication Skills.
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Willingness to work late hours & weekends when necessary.
