Product Manager (Surgical Instruments)
The Job
- Develop and executive product strategies to drive market growth and sales performance for surgical instruments.
- Work closely with sales teams to support field activities, customer engagement and clinical demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and pricing strategies.
- Conduct training sessions and product presentations for clients and end users.
- Coordinate with international suppliers and manufacturers regarding product specifications, updates and support.
- Assist in tender preparations, documentation and post-sale service requirements.
The Person
- Degree/Diploma in Bioscience/Marketing/Healthcare.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the field of marketing surgical instruments is mandatory.
- Knowledge on hospital procurement and tender procedures will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in MS Office package.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
