ENGINEERING EXECUTIVE

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or an equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing/engineering role (preferably in FMCG or food industry)
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of maintenance management systems and industrial safety practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery and utility systems
- Support continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency and equipment reliability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Responsible for implementing and overseeing effective energy management practices
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for machinery installation, servicing, and upgrades
- Maintain engineering documentation, including machine history and maintenance records
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and support production schedules
- Flexibility to work in a shift-based operational environment
