IT INTERN
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our team. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in IT operations, support, and project work. You will work closely with our IT department to assist in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Provide technical support to employees (in-person and remote).
- Support network and system administration tasks.
- Help with setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
- Document IT procedures and update system logs.
- Participate in IT projects and provide research support.
- Ensure data security and privacy guidelines are followed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
- Exposure to programming/scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
