Job Description
The Junior Executive – Admin & FM will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative and facilities-related tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the organization. The role involves procurement, stock management, and the upkeep of office premises.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage procurement of stationery items in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Purchase welfare items as required.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of stationery and welfare stocks.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels regularly to avoid shortages.
- Oversee the general upkeep and cleanliness of office premises.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
