Overview of the role
The HR Executive plays a pivotal role in supporting human resource function by ensuring efficient execution of HR operations, policies, and employee lifecycle processes. This position is responsible for recruitment coordination, onboarding, HR administration, employee engagement, and compliance with labor regulations. The HR Executive serves as a key liaison between staff and management to ensure a productive and professional work environment aligned with the organization’s values and objectives.
What you will do
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires including document collection, system setup, and orientation.
- Coordinate training and development activities as identified during reviews.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and metrics for senior management.
- Support employee engagement programs.
What equips you for the role
- Degree in HR or Business Administration.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Effective communication and people management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Package.
