ASSISTANT ELECTRICAL ENGINEER – SOLAR
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure project completion within the allocated budget.
- Minimize material wastage and optimize resource utilization.
- Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work & achieve positive client feedback and satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety standards with zero incidents. Submit daily and weekly progress reports on time.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical and managerial skills. Stay updated on new construction methods and tools.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferably in solar PV projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design software, project management, site supervision, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and specifications.
- Experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of rooftop and ground-mount solar systems.
- Customer Focus - Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand and meet customer expectations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in site-based or remotely located projects will be an added advantage.
