HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT (MALE)
Key Job Responsibilities & Skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills and should have the ability to work independently.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in monitoring Attendance, Leave, etc., & handling to Payroll Administration, EPF / ETF functions & Disciplinary Management Process.
- Should be familiar with labor laws and other related regulations specially in Garment Manufacturing Trade.
- Should have a good educational background.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills in English & Sinhala (Extra - Tamil).
- Providing Staff training and development.
- Should be able to using MS office word, Excel and Power Point.
- Counseling staff about any problems they may have, either at work or personally.
- Recruitment and Selection.
- Should be a team player.
Qualifications
- A professional qualification in HRM/HRD.
- 3 to 4 years' working experience.
- Age between 30 – 35 years.
