Executive - Quality Assurance
Job Role
- Monitor and evaluate in-line and final inspection processes to ensure product quality meets customer standards.
- Implement quality control systems and procedures across the production line.
- Identify root causes of defects and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
- Train production staff on quality standards and improvement techniques.
- Maintain quality-related documentation and ensure compliance with buyer requirements and internal SOPs.
- Collaborate with the production and merchandising teams to address quality concerns proactively.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Textile & Clothing Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar capacity in the apparel industry.
- Sound knowledge of AQL, quality assurance processes, and industry best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
