Showroom Manager & Showroom Sales Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily showroom operations
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
  • Ensure excellent customer service and showroom presentation
  • Manage inventory and stock replenishment
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
  • Greet and assist customers professionally
  • Provide product information and demonstrations
  • Support in inventory management
  • Follow up with customers and coordinate appointments
  • Assist the sales team as needed

REQUIREMENTS

  • A Professional Marketing qualification such as CIM, SLIM, or equivalent.
  • Age below 40 years.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Showroom Manager in a similar kind of business.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead and supervise the showroom sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Positive teamwork.
  • Male candidates preferred.
