Job Description
We are a reputable construction company in the Maldives.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Assist in creating and modifying architectural BIM models using software such as Revit.• Collaborate with architects and senior BIM coordinators to develop detailed architectural drawings.
- • Update and maintain project documentation, families, and templates.
- • Follow office BIM standards, workflows, and naming conventions.
- • Participate in coordination meetings and support clash detection processes.
- • Assist in generating schedules, documentation, and visual outputs for design reviews and presentations.
Requirements:
Education:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in architecture, architectural technology, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit (required).
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, and SketchUp is a plus.
- Understanding of architectural design, construction detailing, and documentation.
Soft Skills:
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it to improve work.
Preferred (but not required):
- 0–2 years of BIM or drafting experience in an architectural or engineering firm.
• Exposure to multidisciplinary coordination (MEP/Structural) is a bonus.
• Experience working on real-life building projects (internships or entry-level).
