Senior Technical Officer - Customer Service (Colombo)
JOB PROFILE
- Lead and support technicians to deliver efficient and high-standard outcomes.
- Solve operational challenges using your in-depth technical knowledge.
- Assess team capabilities to assign tasks effectively and maximize productivity.
- Professionally engage with customers to address needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Work with the team to identify and fix technical issues promptly.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on telecom and networking systems.
- Keep detailed records of network setups, maintenance tasks, and system performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Telecommunications, Networking or related field (NVQ level 4 or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in Telecommunications or Networking.
- Proven technical knowledge in engineering disciplines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate team strengths and distribute tasks efficiently.
- Experience in customer relations and problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
