Senior Technical Officer - Customer Service (Colombo)

JOB PROFILE

  • Lead and support technicians to deliver efficient and high-standard outcomes.
  • Solve operational challenges using your in-depth technical knowledge.
  • Assess team capabilities to assign tasks effectively and maximize productivity.
  • Professionally engage with customers to address needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Work with the team to identify and fix technical issues promptly.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff on telecom and networking systems.
  • Keep detailed records of network setups, maintenance tasks, and system performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Telecommunications, Networking or related field (NVQ level 4 or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in Telecommunications or Networking.
  • Proven technical knowledge in engineering disciplines.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to evaluate team strengths and distribute tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in customer relations and problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
