Stores Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate daily records of all equipment movements (inbound and outbound)
  • Inspect and verify equipment condition before it leaves the office
  • Oversee storage organization and ensure proper handling of tools and goods
  • Manage the issuing and receiving of items in the store, keeping systems up to date
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure equipment readiness and availability

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1 year of experience in inventory management, or a similar role
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
  • Familiar with storekeeping practices and inventory management
  • Capable of handling technical equipment responsibly
  • Excellent communicator and team player
  • Prior experience in calibration or technical services is a plus
