Stores Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate daily records of all equipment movements (inbound and outbound)
- Inspect and verify equipment condition before it leaves the office
- Oversee storage organization and ensure proper handling of tools and goods
- Manage the issuing and receiving of items in the store, keeping systems up to date
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure equipment readiness and availability
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1 year of experience in inventory management, or a similar role
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
- Familiar with storekeeping practices and inventory management
- Capable of handling technical equipment responsibly
- Excellent communicator and team player
- Prior experience in calibration or technical services is a plus
