Visiting Lecturers

ACBT Academy of English - Kandy

We are hiring for the following programs:

  • IELTS
  • PTE
  • TOEFL
  • OET
  • TKT
  • Diploma in English
  • Spoken English
  • Business English

Qualifications and Work Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in English is required.
  • A Master’s degree or CELTA qualification is highly desirable and will be considered an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position is essential.
  • At least 1 year of teaching experience in the relevant subject(s) is required.
  • Certification as a trainer in IELTS, PTE, OET & TOEFL is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality instruction in English language programs.
  • Develop and implement innovative curriculum and teaching materials tailored to meet diverse student needs.
  • Provide mentorship and academic support to help students achieve their learning goals.
  • Maintain a professional, student-centered, and conducive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance program quality and contribute to institutional activities and initiatives.
