Assistant Manager - Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to provide HR solutions that drive business success.
  • Lead and execute HR projects aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Enhance employee experience by driving engagement initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
  • Utilize HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making and workforce planning.
  • Address employee concerns, mediate workplace issues, and ensure inclusivity.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR, preferably in business partnering or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
